MBS now stock a offer a range of concrete manhole rings, manhole chambers, soakaways and heavy duty concrete cover slabs, manufactured in accordance with BSEN1917, BSEN5911-3 & BSEN5911-4. They are available ex-stock in a wide range of standard diameters and depths. All units are made in modern factory controlled conditions and carry the British Standard Kitemark logo.
These precast concrete manhole rings and high-grade ancillary items offer all the durability and ease of installation you require for creating reliable access to drainage systems, and are designed to accommodate flexible jointing strip or cement mortar.

Manhole Cover Slabs
A range of reinforced concrete manhole cover slabs in sizes from DN 900 – DN 4000 with a wide range of openings to suit our manhole ring. Designed to a heavy duty specification our slabs form a secure cover for the manhole chamber below.
These manhole cover slabs from DN1800 – DN4000 are fitted with cast in lifting loops to ensure the safe lifting onsite.

Tracey Concrete’s Perfect Base is the ultimate manhole solution. Each individual base is custom designed to suit any inlet/outlet configuration. Manufactured in sizes DN1200, 1500 and 1800 our base is the most economic, safe and efficient method of installing a manhole.
Perfect Bases can be manufactured to fit our new wide wall watertight manhole ring installed with a rubber seal completing an entire watertight chamber and our standard manhole rings with a tongue and groove joint where no concrete surround needed.
Tracey Concrete can manufacture Perfect Bases to suit all types of pipe at any angle, simply by dropping our base into position and fitting the pipes the benched base is ready for the rings to be installed saving valuable time onsite.
